ORDER:- 1.

The applicants are seeking relief for bringing the legal representatives of deceased appellant No. 4 as mentioned in para-5 of the application. The original appeal has been compromised between the applicants including deceased appellant No.4 Shankar and the present respondents before Lok Adalat dated 25.09.2021 under the consent terms. However, thereafter original appellant No.4 died on 19.10.2021. As such, there is diffculty for the present applicants for withdrawal of the amount lying with this Court in the original appeal. Considering this aspect and for the reasons mentioned in the application, the application stands allowed

(2) 951 CA-10911.2022.odt on condoning the delay of 44 days. The applicants are permitted to carry out the amendment for bringing the legal representatives of deceased appellant No.4 Shankar Bhaurao Khavane immediately.
