Nobody present for the petitioners. Seen the orders made by this Court on 8.1.2018, 18.1.2018, 2.2.2018 and 21.2.2018. Many times adjournments were granted to the counsel for the petitioners. No interest is shown to prosecute the matter. It can be said that the petitioners have lost the interest in the matters and the petitioners are trying to avoid the

(( 4 )) hearing of the matters. The point of entertainment tax which needs to be paid to Government is involved in the matters and interim relief was granted in favour of the petitioners. All the petitions are dismissed for non-prosecution. Interim relief is vacated.

In view of dismissal of the petitions, Civil Application No.9938/2006 and Review Application No.21/2008 also stand disposed of.
