The petitioners by this petition challenge the order passed by Tahsildar, Khultabad in proceeding No.107/2018, which is an order passed under Section 5 of the Mamlatdar Courts, Act, 1906. 2.

The learned Advocate for respondent no.1 has brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioners have already filed Regular Civil Suit No.473/2022 challenging the same order in the Civil Court.
