PER COURT:- 1.

Mr. Deshmukh, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that validation proceeding in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner is pending with respondent No. 2. The petitioner has appeared for NEET exam and seeks admission in the provisional course.

It is stated that the last date for submission of validity certificate is 12.07.2019. In view of that, the respondent No. 2 shall decide validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner on the priority basis preferably before 10.07.2019. The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 28.06.2019.

The learned AGP accepts notice for respondent No. 2 and Mr. Karlekar, the learned Advocate for respondent No. 1. The learned AGP shall communicate this order to respondent No. 2.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
