The learned advocate for petitioner submits that the petitioner has been issued with the validity certificate by the committee. However, the result of the petitioner's 2nd year 3rd Semester of B.Tech course is withheld and is not declared. The learned advocate submits that there is no impediment for declaration of the result. Notice. The learned AGP accepts notice for both respondents. In case there is no other impediment the respondent no.2 shall not withhold result of the petitioner's examination on the ground of validity certificate and in case petitioner is otherwise eligible then the petitioner shall be allowed to prosecute his studies in the next semester also.

4] Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
