Learned counsel for respondents No. 1 and 2 states on instructions that this matter has become infructuous as certifcate under Section 101 of Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act is challenged in this petition. He submits that the borrower has repaid entire loan amount and the bank has issued 'No Dues' certifcate to the borrower. He further states that by order dated 28th November, 2014, petitioner was directed to make statement as to why the petition should not be dismissed so as to enable the petitioners to
