This application is filed for restoration of the writ petition which stood dismissed on account of refusal of registration as per conditional order 03.03.2025 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial). There is delay of 88 days in filing the application. 2.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. Delay is condoned and the writ petition is restored subject to costs of Rs. 2000/- being deposited with the Creche/Day Care Centre, Advocates' Association of Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad within two weeks from today and also subject to removal of all office objections within four weeks from today.
