Having considered the submissions of the learned Advocate for the petitioner and the learned AGP and upon perusing the order dated 15.03.2022 passed by the Additional District Collector under Section 247 of the MLR Code, the amount of Rs.2.5 lacs deposited by the petitioner under the orders of this Court dated 06.01.2020 in WP No. 15268/2019, will have to be refunded.

The learned AGP submits that the amount would be refunded in less than 30 days.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. 4.
