Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner is placed under suspension by issuing order dated 28.1.2016 by respondent no.1. 2.

Upon perusal of the prayer in the petition, the petitioner seeks direction to the respondents to decide the representations filed by the petitioners for giving posting to the petitioner, however, in view of the subsequent development after filing this petition, we cannot grant the relief as prayed in the petition. The petition stands disposed of. If the petitioner is advised, he can take exception to the said order of suspension.
