We have heard Mr. Vibhute, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 3. 3.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the proposal seeking trained teacher pay scale is pending with the Education Officer. The same is not decided. It is also contended that validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending with respondent No. 2.

The learned A.G.P. on instructions submits that vigilance is completed. The vigilance report is also served upon the petitioner. The

The petitioner shall appear before the scrutiny committee on 25.08.2021 and on the said date file his say to the vigilance report. 6.

The committee shall thereafter endeavour to decide the validation proceeding by the end of October 2021. The Education Officer shall take decision upon the proposal seeking approval to the trained teacher pay scale to the petitioner (page no. 21), on its own merits, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months from today.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
