We have considered the submissions of the learned Advocate for the Petitioner and the learned AGP. 2.
The learned AGP submits that the Petitioner will have to make a detailed representation to the District Collector and the same may be considered by following the due procedure laid down in law.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that a detailed representation will be filed within ten (10) days from today. He prays that the District Collector should consider the same, expeditiously.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with liberty to the Petitioner to file a detailed representation, which respondent No.2 would consider by following the due procedure laid down in law, provided jurisdiction is vested with the Collector by law. If the District Collector has the jurisdiction to pass some orders on the said representation, let it be so done within 45 days from the date of receipt of the representation.
