ORAL ORDER :

This Court, by order dated 15/6/2015, disposed of Criminal Application No.462/2015 relying upon the statement of the learned A.P.P. that the charge sheet was already filed before filing the application. It appears that, the said statement of the learned A.P.P. was not correct and as a matter of fact, no charge sheet was filed. Therefore,

Cri.Appln.No.3611/2015 this application is filed for restoration of the Criminal Application No.462/2015 to its original file. 2.

Heard the counsel appearing for the applicants and learned A.P.P. for the State. For the reasons stated in the application, the order dated 15/6/2015 is recalled. Criminal Application No.462/2015 is restored to its original file. Criminal Application is disposed of.

Liberty to the applicants to move Criminal Application No.462/2015 before the regular Bench. 4.

Interim relief granted, which was in force till today to continue for two weeks from today.
