We have heard Mr. Choukidar, learned counsel for the petitioner.

We would only consider the petition to the extent of seeking direction of early hearing of the appeal filed by the petitioner. The appeal is filed in the year 2019.

We are not aware of the quantum of the matters pending before the Joint Charity Commissioner, Aurangabad.

In case, the appeal is ripe for the hearing, the Joint Charity Commissioner shall hear the appeal bearing No.1005 of 2019 filed by the petitioner and decide the same on its own merits expeditiously. It is for the petitioner to take steps as may be permissible under law before the Joint Charity Commissioner.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
