The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that as per the clause 10.1 of the GR dtd.05.07.2016, the petitioner has approached the Committee with a grievance. First meeting was held, however no further progress is made.

The petitioner may approach the Committee as constituted under the GR dtd.05.07.2016, more particularly clause 10.1. If the petitioner approaches the said Committee, the Committee shall take decision upon the grievance of the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within 6 months from the date the application is made by the petitioner.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
