The petitioner has put forth prayer clause 'A' as under :- A) The Hon'ble Court may quash and set aside order passed by the Collector Beed dated 20.12.2021 in file at Exh-'B'.

The learned Chief Government Pleader submits, on instructions, that pursuant to the impugned order passed by the District Collector on 20.12.2022, a Committee of responsible officers was constituted and the said Committee has conducted an inquiry and submitted it's report. Based on the said report, the District Collector would now be passing further orders. 3.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. 4.
