The petition is filed for giving directions to the authority like Superintendent of Land Records to take decision on the application given by the present petitioner. It is contended that the application was given on 310-2014 but till the date of filing of petition, till June 2016 the matter is kept pending and no decision is taken.

2 WP 7238 of 2016 2) The authority is expected to take decision as early as possible. As the matter is pending for more than 2 years, the authority is expected to take decision within six months from today after following due procedure. With these directions, the petition is disposed of.
