Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned counsel appearing of respondent No.1-insurer. Considering the challenge made to the judgment and award passed by the Commissioner for Employees Compensation, the applicants herein are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount out of the amount deposited before the Commissioner, on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of Commissioner. Civil application for withdrawal of amount is disposed of.
