The only prayer made in this writ petition is for a direction to decide the representations dated 10/01/2020 and 14/01/2020 addressed by the petitioner to the Education OfÏcer (Secondary), Jalgaon.

Since an innocuous relief has been claimed, we deem it appropriate to direct the Education OfÏcer (Secondary), Jalgaon, to decide the said representations within a period of eight weeks from today on its own merits in accordance with law. 4.
