1] From perusal of the impugned order dated 04.06.2025, it appears that, the impugned order is passed without giving reasons. Considering the same, by consent of the parties, the impugned order dated 04.06.2025 passed by the Minister, Ministry of Rural Development and Panchayat Raj, Maharashtra State, Mantralaya, Mumbai in V.P.M.- 2024/Pr.Kr. 131/Pn.Ra.6 is quashed and set aside and the matter is remanded back to the Appellate Authority and the Appellate Authority is directed to decide the case i.e.Case No.V.P.M.-2024/Pr.Kra.131/Pn.Ra.6 within a period of 15 days after receipt of the said order.

2] The interim relief operating before the

7766.25WP Appellate Court would continue to operate during pendency of the aforesaid appeal.

3] However, it is clarified that in the event during pendency of the appeal before the Appellate Authority, elections are held to the post of Sarpanch and the petitioners herein are declared as elected the same would be subject to the outcome of the proceedings before the appellate authority.

4] With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
