Subject to the issue of limitation and subject to the question of grant of statutory interest on the delayed period, which would arise after restoration of the First Appeal (Stamp) Numbers in each of the present applications, the delay in filing the present applications is condoned and the First Appeals (Stamp) Numbers are restored on the file on the condition that the Office objections would be removed and Court fees would be deposited, within a period of four weeks from today.
