PER COURT :- 1.

Learned Advocate for the applicant submits that considering the directions of this Court dated 8.4.2016, the applicant unfortunately failed to deposit Rs.20,000/- before the Labour Court within one month. It is submitted that time may be extended under any conditions. 2.

Shri Khandelwal submits that time of only two weeks may be granted and the costs may be enhanced to Rs.30,000/-. 3.

In the light of the above, learned Advocate for the applicant submits that an amount of Rs.30,000/- (Rs.Thirty Thousand only/-) will be deposited on/or before the 20.8.2016 before the Labour Court. 4.

By recording the above statement, this application is allowed and the time granted by this Court by its order dated 18.4.2016 is extended upto 20.8.2016, failing which the judgment of the Labour Court in Reference (IDA) No.78 of 2007, dated 29.11.2012 shall be restored and shall become executable.

On depositing the amount as above, the non-applicant / employee will be at liberty to withdraw the entire amount without conditions. ( RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J. ) ...
