Heard the learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the applicant. 2.

The Civil Application No.8412 of 2023 is filed for condonation of delay of 197 days in filing the first appeal. For the reasons stated in the application, more particularly administrative reasons stated by the learned Advocate, the application for delay condonation is allowed and disposed of accordingly.

The Civil Application No.8413 of 2023 is filed for Stay. The Stay has been granted to the Reference Court award subject to deposit of 70% of total amount of compensation with interest as determined by the Reference Court. The acquiring body has deposited amounts of

963 CA 8412-2023 compensation as directed along with interest accrued thereon in this Court.

In view of the same, the Stay order passed by this Court dated 11/07/2023, is confirmed. Application is disposed of. 5.

The appeal is Admitted.

After admission, the learned AGP waives service of notice on behalf of respondents-State.
