Heard Shri Patil, learned counsel for the applicant. He submits that the amount was directed to be deposited on or before 13.02.2020. However, the acquiring body could not deposit the amount for the reasons stated in the application. He further submits that the cheque is ready and he is ready to deposit the same within a week.

Time is extended by a week. Registry to accept the cheque if deposited within a week.
