Heard the learned Advocates representing the respective parties. 2.

The learned Advocates informed me that the matter is already argued before the appellate authority and that the matter is at the fag end of the adjudication.

In view of the same, the appellate authority i.e. the Additional Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad to decide the pending appeal No.2023/GP/Appeal-2/CR-36 expeditiously.

During the pendency of the appeal before the Appellate

WP 6953-2023 Authority, Status-quo as of today be maintained. 5.

The learned Advocate representing respondent No.5 submits that in a subsequent development, another Sarpanch is already appointed. This Court while issuing notices had already noted that any action taken pursuant to the impugned order shall be subject to the outcome of this writ petition. Thus it is directed that any action pursuant to the impugned order shall be subject to the final orders of the Appellate Authority.
