Shri Lakhotiya, learned AGP for the State submits that the amount could not be deposited within the specifed period as directed by this Court for the reasons mentioned in the application. He submits that the cheque is ready and he is ready to deposit the same. He seeks two weeks time.

The State is permitted to deposit the entire decreetal amount after deducting income tax, within a period of two weeks from today.
