Mr. Shelke, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners in all fairness submitted before this Court that post filing the petition, the order of this Court dated 19.07.2018 passed in Writ Petition No.3618 of 2017 is duly complied with and the petitioners received amount of commuted pension as directed by this Court. As such, the grievance of the petitioners no more survives.

In view of the submissions of learned Counsel for the petitioners, nothing survives in the petition. So, the petition is accordingly disposed of.
