By this application, prayer is made to permit the applicant to bring on record L.Rs. of deceased respondent no.4 Vasantha Kurhikannan A Damodar Malbari, who died on 8.5.2024. Death certificate is annexed alongwith the application. Perusal of the application shows that reasons for the delay are properly explained. In that view of the matter, case is made out to allow this application. Accordingly, it is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (I) to (iv). The applicant to carry out the amendment within a period of two weeks from today.
