Learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos. 2 and 6 submits that the petitioner completed more than 4 years and 8 month's service and, therefore, in view of the Government decision dated 15th May, 2014, which is placed at page 23 of the compilation of the writ petition, respondent authorities can transfer the employee after completion of more than 3 years service.
