1] The petitioners challenge the resolution / no confidence motion dated 30.3.2015 unseating the petitioners as Sarpanch and Up-Sarpanch of village Kharaj/Chittarkheda Tq.Vaijapur Dist.Aurangabad. The petitioners had challenged the same in an appeal before the Additional Collector, Aurangabad. How3ever, the same was dismissed by an order dated 25.6.2015.

2] Mr.Thombre, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, states that thereafter new persons have been elected as Sarpanch and Up-Sarpanch of village Kharaj Tq.Vaijapur Dist.Aurangabad.

3] In the above view, nothing survives in the present petition. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of as infructuous.
