The grievance of the petitioners has already been redressed with the constitution of a committee for conducting an enquiry. The petitioners contend that the committee is not completing the enquiry and not tendering the report. The Block Development Officer is the Chairperson of the enquiry committee. 2.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. 3.

We direct respondent no.5 to follow the due procedure laid down in law and complete the enquiry, if not yet concluded, within a period of 90 days and tender a report to the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Beed, without any delay.
