We have heard Mr.Nagargoje, learned counsel. The petitioner is challenging the decision taken by respondent No.3 Committee dated 23.11.2007 thereby leasing out respondent NO.6 Sugar Factory in favour of respondent No.5 Sugar Factory.

With the passage of time the period of lease has come to an end as contended by the petitioner.

In view of that nothing would be remained for adjudication in the present writ petition.
