This court by order dated 23.4.2010 stayed the effect, execution and implementation of the order passed under appeal with condition to deposit 50% of the award amount, before this court. 3.

In view of this, there is no hurdle as such to permit the applicants to withdraw the amount. The application is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clause "B" and disposed of.
