The learned senior advocate representing these petitioners relies upon the judgment of this court (Coram S.V. Gangapurwala and Shrikant D. Kulkarni, JJ.) dated 04.05.2021, in the matter of Raja Tukaram Shinde and others vs. State of Maharashtra and another (Writ petition No. 903 of 2020 and group of cases). He submits that these petitions can be disposed off in the light of the view taken by this Court in the said judgment dated 04.05.2021. 2.

The leaned A.G.P. submits that the judgment in Raja Tukaram Shinde (supra), is now a subject matter of Special Leave Petition before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. The learned senior advocate submits that these petitions in hand can be disposed off and the petitioners are aware that the law that would be laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court while dealing with the judgment in Raja Tukaram Shinde (supra) would be squarely applicable to the cases of these petitioners.

In view of the above, these petitions are disposed off, by

-3recording a statement of the learned senior advocate. The conclusion in para No.27 in Raja Tukaram Shinde (supra) would also be applicable in each of these cases.
