These appeals are placed before us in today's National Lok Adalat. Mr. Abhijit G. Choudhari, learned counsel for the appellant / Insurance Company is present. Mr. R. B. Dhakane, learned counsel for respondents/ original claimants is present.

Respondents / original claimants are also present. 2.

The learned advocates for both the parties submit that they have amicably settled the lis and accordingly placed on record compromise terms. The compromise terms are marked as Article "X" for the purpose of identifcation. 3.

The appeals are disposed of in terms of compromise terms ("X").

The appellant / Insurance Company has already deposited the amount of compensation as agreed in compromise terms ("X") in this Court.

The respondents / original claimants are, therefore, entitled to withdraw the amount of compensation as agreed under compromise terms within four weeks. The appellant / Insurance Company is also permitted to withdraw the amount as mentioned in paragraph 7 of the compromise terms Article-"X" within four weeks.

The Court fee refund certifcate be issued as per the provisions under the Maharashtra Court Fees Act, 1959.
