The learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file appropriate application/representation with the authorities for grant of gratuity as per the Government Resolution dated 04.02.2015 and the orders passed by this Court and the Apex Court.
