By this application filed under section 439 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, applicant seeks cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to respondent Nos. 2 to 5 by this Court in Crime No. 583 of 2020 registered with Pathardi Police Station for the offences punishable under sections 307, 326, 324, 323, 504, 506, 143, 147, 148, 149, 188, 269, 270 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 11 of Maharashtra Covid19 Regulation, 2020 and sections 2, 3, 4 of Epidemic Decease Act and section 51-B of Disaster Management Act.

Heard the learned advocate for the applicant, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent No.1 -State and learned advocate for respondent Nos. 2 to 5.

It appears that subsequent to grant of anticipatory bail to respondent Nos. 2 to 5, charge-sheet is filed on 23/09/2022, and the case is numbered as RCC No.496 of 2022. In the light of this subsequent development, it is not desirable to cancel anticipatory bail granted to respondent Nos. 2 to 5 in the month of March, 2022.

Application is, therefore, dismissed.
