Heard learned counsel for the parties. The applicants had already been permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited in this Court. It appears that, one of the legal representatives of Sumitra Natthu Fegde is said to have not been co-operating in withdrawal of the amount. Keeping his share in the amount to be withdrawn aside, rest of the applicants be paid the amount of compensation in terms of the order dated 1/7/2021 as per the share stated in paragraph No.11 of this application. Civil Application is disposed of.
