DATE : 07.01.2021 P.C.:- Learned counsel Shri Bide for the applicants states that in another appeal arising out of the same incident, order of payment of 50% of the amount of compensation is passed. He requested for passing of the same order in this matter. Shri Dargad does not dispute this position. Shri Bide has tendered across the bar copy of order dated 23.11.2020 passed in Civil Application No.7528 of 2020 in F.A. 1609/20. In view of this, following order is passed.

Out of the total amount deposited in this Court the amount to the extent of 50% shall be transferred to M.A.C.T., Ahmednagar. M.A.C.T. Ahmednagar shall pay the said amount to the applicants in accordance with
