The learned AGP points out that the order of this Court has been complied with by the Committee, on 19th June, 2024. The claim has been rejected. The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits on instructions that the Petitioner has already challenged the said order by preferring a Writ Petition and this Petition could be disposed off. 2.
