This appeal is placed before us in today's National LokAdalat. Mr. Rohit H. Dahat, learned counsel for the appellant is present. The learned Advocate for appellant, on instructions, submits that appellant wants to withdraw the appeal. 2.

The appellant has accepted the award passed by the learned concerned M.A.C.T., passed in Motor Accident Claim Petition.

As such, the appeal stands disposed of, as withdrawn. 4.

The amount, if any, deposited by the appellant with this Court, be transferred to the concerned M.A.C.T. with interest accrued and on receiving the transferred amount, the 928-fa-2348-18.odt

concerned learned Member, M.A.C.T., shall determine the share of the minor and pay him the same, according to law. 5.

On such transfer, the claimants are permitted to withdraw the same from concerned MACT.

The amount deposited by the appellant Insurance Company as per the award in this Court be transferred to MACT, 7.

The Court fee refund certifcate be issued as per the provisions under the Maharashtra Court Fees Act, 1959. 8.
