Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner for some time. 2.

We are not inclined to entertain this petition for two reasons that the petitioner-convict while on parole leave had committed the offence bearing Crime No. I-201 of 2020 registered with Virgaon Police Station, Tq. Vaijapur, Dist. Aurangabad for the offences punishable under Sections 354-A, 354, 341, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(1)(W(i)(ii) of the the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 and secondly, committed the breach of the conditions of parole. Though the learned counsel for the petitioner has vehemently submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with the

922-wp-882-21 crime No. I-201 of 2020, however, the same is beyond the scope of this writ petition, which is filed to challenge the rejection of parole leave.

We find no substance in this writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
