Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Asst. Solicitor General for respondents No. 1 and 2 and learned AGP appearing for respondent No.3.

Mr. Sudarshan J. Salunke, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the father of the petitioner has submitted an application to respondent No. 3 for issuance of Tribe Certificate

sgp 2 of Mannervarlu Tribe in favour of Vishwatej Ramesh Ravlod. The said application is still pending with respondent No. 3.

The Asst. Solicitor General appearing on behalf of respondents No. 1 and 2 submits that unless Tribe Certificate is submitted with respondent Nos. 1 and 2, admission for Class-VI cannot be given to the petitioner. Though the time for grant of admission is over, the same is extended till today for the petitioner. Learned ASGI also submits that there is no other impediment except production of Tribe Certificate in the name of the petitioner for grant of admission to VI std.

After hearing the respective parties, we direct respondent No. 2 to grant the provisional admission to the petitioner subject to submission of Tribe Certificate within a period of eight weeks from today.

We also direct respondent No. 3 to decide the application of the petitioner submitted for

sgp 3 issuance of Tribe Certificate on its own merits, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from today.

Petition stands disposed of in above terms.

Parties to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
