By this petition the petitioner prays for a direction that the tribe certificate issued to her as belonging to MANNERWARLU (ST-27) containing the defective spelling "W" instead of "V", may be corrected. She is willing to tender the original defective certificate to respondent no.2, on or before 15.09.2022. She would also submit an online application for seeking a fresh tribe certificate carrying the correct spelling of "MANNERVARLU" within the same time frame by 15.09.2022.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. After the petitioner tenders the defective original certificate and uploads the online application for issuance of a fresh certificate, the 2nd respondent would ensure that the correct certificate is issued within four weeks subject to verifying the authenticity/origin of the defective certificate.
