Perused the pleadings in the Petition, annexures thereto and reply filed by the Respondents. It is not possible for this Court, while exercising writ jurisdiction, to appreciate the disputed questions of facts and documents, which are placed on record, and then adjudicate the issues raised in this Petition.

For the reasons aforesaid, we are not inclined to entertain this Petition. If the petitioner is advised, he can approach the appropriate Forum for redressal of his grievance. The Petition stands rejected. 4.
