It is submitted that the institution has submitted Proposal (Exh.E - page 40-42) seeking approval to the services of the petitioner. However, no decision as yet has been taken. 3.

Mr.Karlekar, learned A.G.P submits that if the said proposals are pending, the authority i.e. the Deputy Director of Education would take decision on the same on its own merits. 4.

Considering the above, we pass the following order : a) In case the proposal is submitted by the Respondent Nos.3 and 4 (Exh.E-page 40-42) and is pending with the Deputy Director of Education, the Deputy Director of Education shall take decision on the same expeditiously on its own merits in accordance with law

and policy, preferably within four (4) months. b) The Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
