Heard. Perused the application.

The Trial Court has convicted the applicant for committing offence under Section 354A(1)(i) of the Indian Penal Code and sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for one year and to pay fine of Rs.500/- ( Rupees Five Hundred Only ).

Having regard to the fact of the case and further taken into consideration that the applicant was on bail during the proceedings 1 / 2

904.APPLN.3497.16.doc before the Trial Court and it will take long time to list the mater for final hearing, it is a fit case to release the applicant on bail. Hence the following order:-

O R D E R

I) Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). II) Applicant be released on bail on furnishing bail in sum of Rs.10,000/- ( Rupees Ten Thousands Only ) with one surety in like amount.

III) Pending disposal of the appeal, the applicant shall report to the concerned police station in between 10.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m. on every last Sunday of each month.

IV) Bail be furnished in Trial Court.
