The petitioner is an Ex-Sarpanch of village Mahasla (Bk.), Tahsil Sillod, District Ahmednagar. By this petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to the respondents to pay sanctioned funds of the work done by the petitioner under 14th Finance Commission Scheme by borrowing the material and spending money from her own pocket.

A perusal of the record shows that the petitioner is claiming the amount as set out in the communication dated 10

(2) 907 wp-4040.2021.odt October 2019 addressed to the District Collector, Aurangabad (page 35 of the compilation). This Court, by an order dated 4 March 2021, had indicated that only if the amount claimed by the petitioner is not disputed by the respondents, then this Court would entertain the petition and not otherwise. 3.

The learned Counsel for the respondents as well as intervener has disputed the amount. In any event, it is not possible to go into the disputed question of the alleged expenses incurred by the petitioner from her own pocket for the purposes of implementation of the said schemes.

None appears for the petitioner when the matter was called out in the morning as well as in the afternoon session. In that view of the matter, the petition is dismissed with no order as to costs. The pending Civil Application also stands disposed of. SANDIPKUMAR C. MORE, J.
