The present Petitioner had earlier filed Writ Petition No.4838/2024, for the same cause. That Writ Petition was withdrawn on instructions. A private dispute between the Petitioner and one Shri. Govind Hari More is once again raised in this Writ Petition with regard to the encroachment purportedly committed by Shri. More. He has not been arrayed as Respondent. His name is shown in Gaon Namuna No.8, in the

7313.24wp (2) column of 'Bhogawata Karnanaryache Nav'. The name of the owner is shown as 'Government of Maharashtra'. 2.

Such disputed questions cannot be dealt with in a Writ Petition. The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner desires to withdraw this Writ Petition and approach the Civil Court for the redressal of his grievance. 3.

In view of the above statement, this Writ Petition is disposed off, as withdrawn on instructions.
