PER COURT :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

The learned A.G.P. appearing for the Respondent/State has tendered across Bar the inter se communication between the Treasury Officer, Beed and office of the Accountant General, Nagpur. The same is taken on record.

In the said communication, it is stated that, as directed by the Accounts Officer in its letter dated 10th December, 2014 addressed to the Tahsildar, Ashti, Dist. Beed, the amount towards the service gratuity and D.C.R.G. of Rs. 2807.30 and Rs. 4626.90 respectively, received during Military Service w.e.f. 2/6/1970 to 3/4/1984 be allowed to be deposited in the following head :-

6991.15WP Receipt Head 0071-Contribution & Recoveries towards pension and other Retirements benefits.

02-Defence (4) 01-Army Expenditure Head 2071-Pension and other Retirement Benefits (1) 02-Defence 101-Army (9) 4.

In that view of the matter, the petitioner's grievance stands redressed. The petitioner now can deposit the aforementioned amount in the said account, which is mentioned hereinbefore.

The Petition stands disposed of.
