PER COURT :- 1) Heard.

The learned Counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 has tendered across the Bar a copy of appointment order dated 30.11.2015, issued in favour of the petitioner, which is taken on record. In that view of the matter, so far as the grievance of the petitioner for appointment is concerned, it is redressed. So far as the grievance, as regards arrears of salary for the post of Deputy Teacher for the period from August 2014 to June 2014, is concerned, the respondents shall consider the said grievance and take an appropriate decision in that regard and if it is found that the claim of the petition is genuine, disburse the arrears of salary for the said period to the petitioner in accordance with the procedure, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of ten weeks from today.

2) With these observations, the petition is disposed of.
